Starting with an initial purchase of terraced house in 1995 Peter has steadily built the group from the ground up utilising his extensive knowledge of residential, commercial and land operations. Today, the group holds in excess of 200 self managed units. With commercial acumen and a comprehensive understanding of all related financial management factors and reporting principles, he keeps control of development expenditure, ensuring all stages of developments are achieved within any agreed budget limits. Peter has a strategic approach to problem solving resulting in long term solutions and an adaptive persistence to overcome challenging issues and situations. Peter prides himself on maintaining his industry reputation built over the last two decades based upon integrity, delivery and consistently being a man of his word.

Jacob Leonard
Head of Property Operations
Jacob is the eldest son of Peter. Following his successful graduation from Lancaster University, achieving a 2:1 in business management and entrepreneurship, he commenced his employment at LPS. Jacob is the head of our property operations and deals with everything from property acquisitions to the management of our commercial units. He has built an excellent rapport with all of our tenants, offering them a service second to none.

Nikki has been with Peter since his very first property acquisition, helping him build the company from nothing to what it is today. The true backbone of the business, Nikki ensures smooth running of operations across the board, the knowledge in which she brings to table is invaluable to say the least.

Ben Leonard
Site Manager
Second eldest son of Peter, Ben left school in 2016 and started his first year of a two year apprenticeship at LPS. Following the completion of his apprenticeship, Ben gradually took on more responsibility on the hands on side of the business, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget and to the highest of standards.
Ryan Thomas
Portfolio Facilitator
Ryan joined LPS in 2019 following 4 years working in local estate agents. Ryan assists in the management of current portfolio properties whilst also looking for new investments, both commercial and residential. With vast knowledge of the local property market, Ryan has proven to be a valuable member of the team.
Lianne Walker
Lettings Manager
Lianne has an abundance of experience in the property industry, having worked at leading agents in the local area for the last decade. Loved by tenants, she provides a service second to none. With strong knowledge of both the sales and rental sector, Lianne is crucial to day to day running of LPS and deals with everything from sales enquires for ongoing sites, tenant and rental enquiries, acquisition of relevant parts for maintenance and the list really is endless.

Rental Income Officer
Emma started at LPS over a decade ago and is an indispensable part of our team. Emma ensures all of the rental accounts are up to date, liaising with tenants to manage arrears. Emma appreciates things from all perspectives, making her a great and understanding contact for our tenants.
