Dear Tenants,
Over the last few weeks, the Coronavirus pandemic has brought many changes to our normal lives.
As a business, we have been closely monitoring the situation and our primary priority is the consideration of the health and wellbeing of our colleagues and customers.
Following Government advice we are implementing the following measures:
ONLY EMERGENCY maintenance issues will be addressed.
An emergency could be one of the following: total loss of electricity, a gas leak or a significant water leak;
A slight drip or a light bulb that requires changing DOES NOT constitute an emergency and will not be attended to in the immediate future.
Our telephone lines will be periodically monitored and any voice messages left for us will be managed and dealt with in a prioritised order accordingly.

If you do need to contact us to report an actual emergency and reach our answer machine then you will be provided with the appropriate mobile telephone numbers of the person dealing with your specific type of emergency. Please then send a text message to the relevant mobile including your name, property address and the actual emergency.
Jobs will only be attended once the Tenant is a safe distance away from the property ensuring the safety of our workforce along with yourselves, they will not enter any property if you or your family are in the property. Again, our workmen will only enter the property if an emergency needs to be addressed.
If you are one of our Tenants that require pre-paid electric cards, please TEXT Lianne on the following number 07471 471050 with your name, your full property address and exactly how many electric cards that you need in order to make collection or drop off scheduled appointments with her.
