Welcome to our new repair reporting system, this is aimed to provide a more effective service to you the Tenant.
All repairs will be attended to in a timely fashion, we will require your written permission for entry if you are unable to give us access for the allocated day and time arranged for your repair to be attended to.
Please explain in detail:
What repair is required? why it is in need of repair? What area of the property the repair is? Please give as much detail as possible, so that we can pass the details to our maintenance team.
Please also let us know your availability to attend the property, or send us the following statement by email to allow us permission to enter.. “I ‘your name’ give my permission to enter ‘property address’ ‘appropriate date and times if required?/ Anytime’ to attend to repairs, as per request” [please send to info@lpsgroup.uk]
For example:
Internal, bathroom, the bath is leaking and the tap is loose, when we have a bath the water collects on the floor, this is a minor leak/ this is a major leak.
External, gate, the gate has blown off in the wind and needs securing. The gate is in the front garden/ the gate has blown away.
Please refer to your tenancy agreement for further details on repair and maintenance with regards to who is responsible, as some repairs are the tenants responsibility. If the repair is due to damage caused by yourself or by a person unknown to us that you allowed to enter your property, you will therefore be liable for costs, please discuss this further with the office; 01253 392289
